Last year Star Warz - one of the finest Drum ‘n’ Bass events the world has ever seen -  joined forces with Daily Dubstep -  Mr. M & One87’s freshest Dubstep event – for the first time and it became one the biggest and baddest parties ever seen in this country, or even Europe, if we may believe the reactions from the artists and crowd.

Two rooms completely filled with bassheadz having the time of their life to the best sounds around. Two rooms that exploded with every new mix and rhyme, time after time. It was so good, we just had to do it again, but even better & bigger this time !

And here we are, back for more and more is what you’ll get because we are adding an extra room with an all Belgian line-up to this already huge bass extravaganza.

So prepare for three rooms with no less than 55 of the finest international & national artists from the current Drum ‘n’ Bass and Dubstep scene at the mighty ICC location in Ghent and get ready for a New Years Eve you will never forget!

The Star Warz room will be booming to the sounds of Fred V & Grafix who are the latest signings of the mighty Hospital Records. As a duo, they constantly push each other to take their sounds further and that’s what they will be doing on this night and for the first time in Belgium also!

Nymfo will team up with fellow Dutch man Icicle, originally from Holland but now living in the UK, for double Dutch power. Nymfo has releases out on Commercial Suicide, Metalheadz, CIA, Samurai and Dispatch while Icicle delivered us the great album ‘Under the Ice’ on Shogun.

Next up is Phace who is bringing his label-partner Misanthrop. Both will be representing the best Drum ‘n’ Bass coming out of Germany as featured on their Neosignal imprint.

And then back to the UK with The Prototypes, one of the leading ‘new breed’ DnB artists who have been picked up by Shogun Audio and remixed the likes of Snoop Dog & Avicci, next to many underground slammers.

More UK power comes from TC, a dj. who sings on his own and tracks of Camo & Krooked and Subfocus and just launched his own label: Don’t Play.  And the Brookes Brothers who have been signed exclusively to Breakbeat Chaos on which they released their album, appropriately called, Brookes Brothers.

All this foreign deck violence will be supported by Belgian talents as Murdock from Studio Brussels and Radar Records as well as resident One87 and Hookerz from the Steam parties in Decadance. Not playing together often but they are sure up for it, as they have proved last year!

And then, another well-known duo with Tito & Echo Virus, the undisputed residents of the famous Stealth Bombers parties who will be teaming up with James Marvel from Ammunition fame. James also collaborated with Athys & Duster on their debut EP for Titan Records.  The Nitwits from the Breakdown concept in Hasselt complete this huge A-list of dj’s in the Drum ‘n’ Bass room.

Next door, the Dubstep breaks will be served on the Daily Dubstep stage by again the biggest names in the scene, starting with N Type, the honcho of the Wheel & Deal label who also runs the Sin City label with Hatcha.

Next up is Emalkay from Dub Police who next to having several hit-singles to his name, is also a well in demand remixer who’s laid his hands on tracks from the likes of Faithless, BBE & Amon Tobin.

Young power comes from the 19 year old Dismantle who co-runs Gangoon Dubz and is signed to Digital Soundboy.

The Others and Subscape are two names that have been picked up by Caspa’s legendary Dub Police label and have been playing the world over since.

More young power comes with Dream, tipped as the next big thing, with releases on X147, Owsla and Hench.

And Taiki & Nulight caught the eye and ear of nobody less than Benga for his Benga Beats label as well as Cheap Thrills while Stinkahbell was noticed by Dubstep frontman Plastician who signed him on Terrorrhythm.

The Belgian beats in this room will be served up by Kastor and Dice from the mighty Untitled! parties and label with the same name as well as Brownz & Requake who get played as far as Rinse FM in the UK.  And off course, also the NGA Soundsystem made up of Daily Dubstep resident Allspark & Rotation resident Gaz with MC Nice on the mic, will be in the house!

Both rooms will be set on fire even more by some of the UK’s leading MC’s as SP:MC and Master X as well as the number one MC from Holland DMC and Belgian talents MC Mush and MC V.

And then a room that will prove how much talent we have in our own backyard. If you don’t know these guys yet, you should definitely check them out! They come from all over the country and have got nothing but breakz running through their blood.

So, hold on tight, because this party will set you and this New Year on fire right from the very start!
